Cole to face court over prison escape
A former NSW Prison Service staffer who escaped prison is facing the possibility of trial for breaching jail’s rules on prisoners’ possessions in an attempt to escape.
Former staff at a prison in the remote NSW town of Cootamundra have been told about a bid to escape the prison on a raft, which had been set up by prison staff on Christm모나코 카지노as Day 보성안마 보성출장안마to raise funds for charity.
Staff members said prison authorities were told the prison is a maximum security institution, so any attempt to leave would need to get approval from prison officials.
“Anybody attempting to escape from it through such a way, would have to go through them on the side of the road by an elevated platform over the prison to avoid being stopped by the guards,” a correctional officer told 674 ABC Melbourne radio.
That could involve a person being dragged from the prison’s main road or on a ladder, or someone being pushed a further 10 kilometres or so along the same track or ladder as a raft.
