Chen was convicted of causing $75,000 worth of damage to vegetation. He received a suspended sentence of eight months. Lijuan received a suspended sentence of six months. Chen pleaded guilty to second-degree damage to public easements.

Both were fined $1,000 each.

Lijuan Lu was sentenced to six months in prison and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine. Chen pleaded guilty to causing $75,000 of damage to public easements.

In 2010, Chen pleaded guilty to violating a court order 부천출장안마 부천안마th바카라at required him to turn off the power to some of his properties.

Benson and the state Department of Natural Resources denied claims by Chen and his family that he had violated the order.
